How It Works
Step 1. Quick Match
After you sign up, we’ll match you with a coach who’s an expert in tackling the goals you have in mind - whether you're dealing with work pressure, personal challenges, life transitions, or anything else.
Step 2. Kickoff
A conversational 45 minute call with your coach to understand where you're at, what you want to achieve, and set an action plan together.
Step 3. The Daily
Receive an end of day video message from your coach Monday through Friday. They’re there to address any questions, updates, wins, losses, and anything else that you message them throughout the day.
Step 4. Check-ins
Quick 30-minute calls with your coach once per week or once per month — whatever works best for you. This is a great time to ask any bigger questions, talk through progress, and fine tune goals.
